Looping Problem

Thanks for all your help. Unfortinuately this weekend was my last chance to finish the project before my deadline was up and I had to turn the project over to someone else.  I had another project with bigger problems come up that also needed to be done today that took the focus of my energy yesterday, so I did not even get an opportunity to try some of your suggestions.
